Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original factory packaging, including all internal buffers, cables, and manuals, to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
